It’s been so obvious that they’re going to take a QB that this just seems unhinged.

Having this much of an irrational chip on your shoulder only works if you’re Michael Jordan, otherwise wake up and smell the roses.

Hope it works out for him.

It's just the thing that people who grew up on social media do. Its pretty much assumed that any challenge is going to produce a disrespect chip on shoulder response with this generation.

Rough situation for him. Got drafted by a coach on the hot seat, coach got fired, new staff wants a shiny new QB. Happens all the time.

With that said, he needs to understand that right now he just needs to STFU and let his agent do his job. He just needs to make sure he's gonna get an opportunity to cash NFL checks this season and hopefully beyond. I've been saying since Rhule got fired that this kid is gonna have a very uphill battle to make our roster and there were rumors that we were shopping him for literally anything and there were no takers. This kid's NFL career is already on the ropes and he can't afford any missteps right now.

Did he not? Or did he blow his shots when given the opportunity? Never passed confidence over the other QBs we tried?

I wouldn’t think that playing the victim card helps his career in any case. Maybe he can embrace the opportunity to share a locker room with the people he does. His shot of a starting career isn’t over. Heck, Young could go down, and he could be out there after learning from the wiz and show out..

Attitude is important.

4th string behind Mayfield, Darnold, and Walker. Playing with 4th stringers. No, he never got a chance.

Corral is unironically the kind of player who could benefit from a stint in the XFL. He was never going to be the guy here after the regime change, and there's not enough tape on him for another GM to make room on their roster for him. His prospects in the NFL are dim right now, and he'll have a lot of trouble shining as a backup to a backup somewhere.

So, in my opinion, like Rick Dalton, he should go to Rome and star in Westerns, so to speak. Go, actually start, and if he's the star he thinks he is, shine. And with some solid tape, he maybe gets a shot on an NFL team.

I mean poo, you get drafted, told you're basically the future and to bide your time, learn the NFL game and get yourself ready. That same year, you suffer a major injury in a meaningless game, the head coach is poo canned, the offense is gutted, and the team stinks so bad that it's basically a hard reset..

Now you're healthy and hungry and the team signs another vet QB and drafts one #1 overall. Everything you thought this time last year is upended, and you're left behind.

poo spot for him. I'd want to try my luck elsewhere too. But options are basically gone at this point. Tampa to back up Baker again? Back up a different rookie QB? Back up an established guy who you'll never get a chance behind?

Corral got screwed, but that's Rhule for ya
