I'm a pretty positive fan. I even thought Bryce deserved this year to have a roster around him/was not sold on him being a bust. We're not betting on a player with Chargers -5.5, we're betting on their team plane not to crash traveling across the US.  That hasn't happened in the US since 2009.

I'm good with it. The Chargers struggled with pass protection and in the passing game and still beat the Raiders 22-10 and pressured Minshew all game. We're worse than the Raiders and we had trouble with the Saints pass rush which isn't as good as the Chargers.  They'll have no issue running or throwing against us, as if us scoring or moving the ball was even a remote threat.

Did we have trouble with the Saints pass rush? Our OL did a good job and graded well. There were a few instances where they sent more rushers than we had blockers and we either had no check down or Young missed reading it.

We likely had no check down because Young misread it. No excuses for not having a hot route to counter their all out blitzes. They were 0% scared of us threatening them deep. Doesn’t help that most times we throw deep, it’s 5-10 yards long or out of bounds.

Im thinking Ewers or Ward myself

Don't think either are worthy of a top 5 pick atm and the absolute last thing this team needs is overdrafting another shitty QB. Build the damn team up, Bryce sucks but this team is awful.

It's official he's done for the year.

"CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CHARLOTTE SPORTS LIVE) — Panthers defensive lineman Derrick Brown won’t return this season after his injury on Sunday, the team announced Tuesday.

Brown reportedly injured his knee during the season-opening loss to the Saints, and head coach Dave Canales said Monday that the Pro Bowl tackle would “miss extended time.” A day later Brown was placed on injured reserve. "

    • No poo tho you might could Jenkins for Legette. They got nothing at WR after the big 2 in Cincy. I don’t think you trade away OL depth. Could get a quality player in cuts. Really that 3-4 end spot what you should be looking for is someone who is stout with long arms and can push back the OL in both the run and pass game for others to make plays…. But we signed Wharton, sometimes I think Evero is a fraud ass nerd who should be an analyst at best.
    • you would honestly probably do Monroe Freeling more of a disservice by putting him in a position where is not yet ready to succeed. .we all knew Monroe Freeling struggled at the NFL combine in drills because of technique related issues & would need time to develop  & now all of a sudden before they even put the pads on Monroe Freeling is somehow a starting LT in the NFL ? if he struggled at the NFL scouting combine what do you actually think is going to happen in a live NFL game at LT ? .even our best LT of all time was not ready to start at LT when he was a rookie & he turned out to be a pretty good darn LT by the name of Jordan Gross ...just saying be patient Young Jedis
    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
