I’m sort of indifferent towards him. On one hand, I think Rhule hasn’t done him any favors (drafting all defense, signing garbage offensive lineman, trying to get him to fix Darnold behind a bad line). He’s also been without his best weapon in all but six games. In the six games he’s had him, the team is 4-2. 
 

On the other hand, his play calling is sub optimal and is easily predictable. He does nothing schematically to help the oline out and is completely lost without CMC bailing him out. 
 

I won’t be sad to see him go but I don’t wish any ill on him.

      Only thing I really see it doing is possibly making Tepper listen if a different play caller can't run the offense because of limitations. New hire, someone who hasn't been watching Bryce for the past 3 years up close may be able to talk some sense if he sees that he isn't able to get the job done.
