meanwhile despite 8 teams rolling with their putrid back ups, cam remains a FA

for you this is because -> enter emotion here

I don’t know other teams situations. I do know however we have the absolute worst starting qb in the league who has the 7th most pocket time out of 32 starters in the nfl and he fuging sucks. Because he is a dumb football player. Cam would instantly make this team more competitive offensively. That isn’t outlandish or emotional.

I mean your right but it’s easy for us to say that

No doubt.

The 2nd part though, we have KILLED our drives with way too many holds/false starts/dumb penalties all year. Drive killers. That was just another example and frustrating cause they keep doing it all fuging year.

We can still win this game, but where is the fire?

A win is asking too much of the D.  They already are responsible for both FGs.

the new Rhule O where he finally admits he doesn’t have the talent….just lets a D hammer the O.   Falcons just weren’t good enough to do it.

This game sucks. Got their QB intentionally twisting our best pass rusher's ankles. We got Clete Blakeman's crew shafting us yet again with BS calls. We got our offense sucking ass YET AGAIN for the 9th fuggin time (like really, what TF is our coaches doing during the week?). These games just put me in a bad mood the rest of the day. I was able to sit through the Clausen season, but this sh*t is different.

    • Sheesh, that's a tough schedule for our rookie QB.
    • One of the hardest things I ever had to do was learn how to push/drive with power again after a knee injury that was really a repetitive motion injury. Even after 7 years, it's still something I have to consciously make an effort to do or I slip back into my old habits. Those things don't just go away.
    • I think he is such an outlier people didn’t know what to do with him coming up. If he can get by with his unique mechanics and get the win, those coaches accept it and work around whatever they need to. Path of least resistance. Easier to put him in the gun and snap it to him back there, you don’t have to teach him to do under center drop plant throw timing stuff. Matter of fact that isn’t just him. That is all over high school and college. But he is a special case with that crazy parallel meandering back pedal on the tippy toes. That is height related, seems to me. It is how he adapted.  Talk about fixing it, tall odds, as fuged up as his mechanics are relative to proper. What Warner is pointing out (and explaining it much much better than I ever could) is a lot easier to talk about than do something about.
