Matt Rhule… I’m convinced that Baylor won in spite of him. Let’s not forget his 2017 team loss to fuging Liberty, UTSA, and Duke in a three game span.

If he is the elite coach that he thinks he is then Baylor should be poo after he purged their entire coaching staff.

Instead they are 7-2 and ranked 18th in the country.

It’s funny how things even out in the NFL for these college coaches when they realize that they aren’t playing cupcake teams with simplified offensive and defensive philosophies every week.

Brady is up there as well but ultimately the HC has to have the brass balls to try and fix the mess… speaking of brass balls, Tepper is no where to be seen… he’s all talk.

Rhule has to go. He’s in completely over his head.

It’s also worrisome that he has so much say in personnel  decisions

Remember, Rhule was the interview that Hurney liked the most in the coaching search and influenced Tepper to a degree.  Hurney is the gift that keeps on giving even years later.

Investing so much capitol in our secondary while there was a stud offensive lineman sitting right there is the most outstandingly dumb thing the team has done in a while. Even if Sam was never going to be the guy, we'd at least have a stud LT for the guy who would be eventually.

Anyone with decision making authority.  Right now we have just 1 draft pick next year worth a darn, 25 million tied to Darnold, and another 24 million tied to Anderson.  We need a QB and 4 OL.  We really set ourselves back a lot this year

Yeah, it's time for Tepper to take the checkbook away from Matt Rhule before he Hurneys us into cap hell with more of these poorly thought out signings.

Rhule for me - you can't forge a winning NFL product with Baylor and Temple cast-offs.

And Jets castoffs

year one  draft a QB1 or LT in first or second rds. Make that happen

they didn’t. Not in second year either.  Here we are

you cannot tell me that fields would not have been better. Not today or tomorrow

    • In Philly it's called passion when the fans launch beer bottles and boo their team off the field on their way to a Superbowl. Here, it's fair-weather if you are ever dissatisfied. Two things can be true at once. Bryce has been underwhelming at an epic level if you look at the full scope of his career, and he also played lights out today. I'm excited to what they can bring to MNF vs the 49ers because that's going to be a BIG test for this team.
    • If you want to ride or die with Bryce after one anomaly game good for you. His body of work is bad. Even bad QBs can have really good games. A backup QB we have on our roaster, White, threw for 400 yards as well and he is a practice squad player now.  Being a fan means you have every right to criticize the team you follow. Bryce played well today. But he has played well before and followed it up with continued crap play afterward.  We’ll see if he can have some consistency with the Niners. But one gold games doesn’t erase the fact is it week 11 and the other weeks he looked like crap.  No reason to keep a player on our roaster who will never be consistent and always started out the year playing like poo.
    • And that falls right in line with the several times he has chucked it away or grounded it on 4th downs in the past.  But, I guess that is Zavala’s fault too. The amount of passes he gets for inexcusable poo has been ridiculous.  Again, I have and will give him props when he has played well.  The most frustrating thing among many about him since he’s been here is him being so risk-averse that he refuses to give guys legitimate chances to make a play, even when that should be the only option (like 4th downs).  And yet, he creates mistakes that shouldn’t be possible on the most basic, conservative, run-of-the-mill plays -i.e., the interception to the sideline last week against NO, the Jessie Bates interception fest, the numerous fumbles on basic tackles or without even contact, etc.
