Just say "NO" to Mayfield in Carolina.

It is time to give the Panthers an Identity with a fresh QB.   Cam knows what it takes to get to the next level.  Let him mentor a young QB with skills and take QB2 position.  As a fan, I am ready for a winning season.  We seem to be recycling players that are not giving 100%.  Everyone need to do their JOB.

Mayfield is not what we need!!!!!

Here’s my issue with bringing Cam back: he is done. He’ll never be (as much as it pains me) what he was from 2013-2017. If he’s on the roster people will call for him to start even though we know he’s not it.

Now comes  Darnold. He’s not the answer?. But we might not be bad enough for pick 1 or 2 next year.

Sadly, the Team probably wins more games with Cam 😂.

It's more likely the panthers just sick this year.

The Baker hate on this board is stupid AF.

He's inconsistent and not a big enough improvement over what we have to take on his ego and inability to lead his team. When you consider what the Browns have been asking for it's common sense.

    • The panthers are such a trash organization at this point that all the huddle can do is argue about which panthers team is historically the worst…good times.
    • Well, hope they're not worried about a torn Labrum or Rotator Cuff, as someone who went through that myself, I know those don't have anything show up on X-Rays but from the MRI, so this is kinda a nothing update, hope it's not a tear or his season is already over if they decide to do surgery now. Which is basically what would be needed to get him to 100% for the start of next season's training camp if it's a labrum.  If he plays the season with it and then does surgery, he's not going to be ready for camp and probably not the start of the season either.
    • I always try to not pay much attention to a team’s preseason win/loss record. The 1982 Washington and 2021 LA Rams both lost every game in the preseason and went on to win the Super Bowl, whereas the 2008 Detroit Lions and 2017 Cleveland Browns both won every game in reason and went on to lose every regular season game. There’s many examples of teams that lose in preseason that go on to have good seasons, but equally there are teams that lose in preseason and that continues in the regular season. Which will we be?  I think our floor is a handful of wins, while our ceiling will probably be around the 9-10 win mark. The latter will require significant improvement from the whole team and coaching staff, and will also need Bryce to play like the QB we drafted him to be. I want to be optimistic and predict a winning season, but it’s really difficult as a Panthers fan!
